User Manual

This manual has the following objectives:

    Explain the basics on creating virtual agents and how cognitive engines work.

  2. 2.

    Show the eva interface and describe common tasks that an editor needs to know to build a virtual agent.

  3. 3.

    Provide guidelines for user access configuration.

  4. 4.

    Explain how to connect a virtual agent to a natural language processing software.

This guide was written primarily for people with minimal knowledge in creating virtual agent and voice assitants: Linguists, UX writers, Content writers, Conversational designers, Bot analysts.

It is also aimed at people who have experience handling some cognitive engines such as: Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Luis, IBM Watson, NTT DATA Clever, Microsoft QnA Maker, among others.

In addition, to professionals who have skills to create good user experiences and to those who are interested in learning the new eva version 3.

It is important to have previous and general knowledge on the use of the Internet.
