Dashboard

Now that you have a functioning bot, you want to see how it is performing. The Dashboard allows you to monitor how a bot interacts, what questions are most asked, the most used channels or if this bot really understands the questions people are asking.

Dashboard

When you click the dashboard link on the workspace, you are taken to the Dashboard.

The Dashboard is an external application powered by Qlik.

There are three metrics categories in the Dashboard: Sessions, Questions and Satisfaction Survey.

Sessions

Sessions stats

Here you can see general data about a bot performance. You can see the average number of sessions per day or month and its average accuracy.

You can check:

  • General session data

  • Session based and monthly projections

  • Daily session average

  • Channels/sessions evolution

  • Historical Top 10

  • Top 10 content

  • Top 10 words

  • Average number of questions per session

You can filter by date, channel, channel type or project.

Questions

Questions stats

Here you can see data related to a bot user. How many questions are asked, how many are answered, the most asked questions (or intents), the list of questions asked by each user and the number of likes and dislikes.

You can check:

  • Volume

  • Questions evolution

  • Question status

  • Average questions per user

  • Number of questions per channel

  • Satisfaction survey

  • User questions

  • Top 10 most asked intents

  • Like/dislike graph and report

You can filter by date status channel, channel type, project content and question.

Satisfaction Survey

Satisfaction Survey

Here you can see how many users answered if they liked a bot, or if their questions were answered.

Here you can check:

  • Volume

  • Satisfaction survey

  • answers evolution

  • Solved questions

  • Satisfaction survey

  • NPS

You can filter results by date, project and solved issue.
