eva NLP description and main features

eva NLP is a proprietary cognitive engine technology competently bundled in the eva Dialog Manager experience.

It provides eva the Natural Language Processing tools to be able to develop intelligent virtual agents.

  • Supports up to 53 languages.

  • Automated Learning. No training using automatic response extraction from documents.

  • Compatible with common NLP engines on the market: DialogFlow, Luis and Watson.
