We'll walk you through creating a new project in Syntphony CAI, exploring the different model options available, and how to set up your AI assistant effectively. Configure action tools, connect multiple workflows into comprehensive solutions, and seamlessly integrate with your systems.
How to create e Project
When you first enter the SCAI platform, you'll see a button to create a new Project. This is your starting point for building an intelligent solution tailored to your specific needs.
Creating a project involves these three simple steps:

Step 1: General Info
In this first step, you'll provide basic information about your project:
Name
Industry
Company: Name of the company that owns the Project
Channel
Governance Type: Choose from four options:
Agentics
NLU
Composite (Agentics-first)
Composite (NLU-first)
If you choose NLU, you'll only have 2 steps do create Project.
Step 2: Governance
This step is where you select and configure the AI engine that will rule your project. Your choice should align with your project's requirements and complexity. Then proceed to choose the Primary Language.
Step 3: Persona
In this final step, you'll create the default persona that will define how the agents will interact with end-users. The default persona is attached to the Supervisor, but can be overridden as needed at Agent-level.

In Communication Style choose from the options how this persona will present itself to end-users:
Polite and Persuasive
Guide users ith confidence, encouraging conversions
Witty and Casual
Use light humor and a relaxed tone to engage users
Empathetic and Helpful
Provide warm, understanding, and solution focused replies
Concise and Professional
Offer precise, formal and trustworthy information
Friendly and Approachable
Respond in an inviting, warm, and engaging manner
In the field Personality add the voice tone, behavior, and how it should handle adverse situations.
But if you want to add context, fill the field Backstory with the persona’s background, including its story, and strategic details of the brand. Prompt example:
"As TechHelper, you are a professional but friendly technical support assistant for Company Name. You specialize in software troubleshooting, account management, and system requirements. Keep explanations concise and provide step-by-step instructions when users need to solve technical problems. Always ask for clarification when user issues aren't clear."
Why this is good practice? This prompt clearly defines the agent's identity (TechHelper), purpose (technical support), knowledge boundaries (software troubleshooting, etc.), and reinforces communication style (concise with step-by-step instructions). This ensures consistent and helpful interactions aligned with TechSupport Inc.'s brand and objectives.
