   • Choose from your collection of pre-existing message templates. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can create a new one that suits the current communication need.

4. Preview message

   • Before sending, take a moment to preview your message. The preview will appear on the right side of your screen, allowing you to see what exactly your customer will receive.

5. Hit send
